It's not the lightest stroller but it's got enough features that it is worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make easy for you to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push with your legs dangling in the air and it's also not helping that it's not padded.

During our testing during our testing, we found the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. It's a little more difficult to close, however; you need to slide a slider, and then press a large white button to get it to collapse. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of children while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small, but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate the size of a large diaper bag. The basket is narrow, and you may need to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is a different incredibly light side by side stroller. It's a bit heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with exquisite details that make it perfect for travel. It folds easily and very easy to move around. It also is easily able to fit in overhead compartments and trunks of planes.

Like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key distinctions. It's a little more expensive, but it has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It has a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate children weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light packed with features. It's not only crazy lightweight at 13 lbs, but it comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. It can also be used with the car seat of your child and has an easy-to-engage brake that can be used flip-flop. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching car seat adapters (sold separately) and it's suitable for children aged 6 months and up.

This stroller only has swivel wheels and no locking feature which means it won't be the best choice for terrain that is steep or rocky. It maneuvers well on paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces, however, so it's still an excellent choice for the majority of families.
